Allnutrition Bacopa Monnieri contains 250 mg of an extract of water hyssop (brahmi), standardised to 50% bacosides (125 mg). Bacopa is a creeping herb of wetlands in India that has long been used in Ayurvedic tradition.

Ingredients
Per capsule: Bacopa monnieri herb extract 250 mg, providing bacosides 125 mg.
Other ingredients: capsule shell (gelatin, water, colour: iron oxides and hydroxides), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, filler: microcrystalline cellulose.
Allergens: may contain milk, soy, wheat, eggs, celery and mustard.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
