Allnutrition Maca provides 500 mg of Peruvian maca root extract (Lepidium meyenii) per capsule. Maca is a root vegetable of the cabbage family grown in the high Andes of Peru, traditionally eaten there as food.

Per capsule: maca root extract (Lepidium meyenii) 500 mg.
Other ingredients: capsule shell (gelatin), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Allergens: none. May contain cereals containing gluten, soy, milk and eggs.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
