Description

Allnutrition MAG B6 combines magnesium as citrate – an organic, well-soluble form – with vitamin B6.

Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredients

Per capsule: magnesium (citrate) 102 mg (27% NRV); vitamin B6 0.7 mg (50% NRV).

Other ingredients: magnesium citrate, capsule shell (gelatin), bulking agent: cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with 250 ml of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
