Description

Ingredients
Per capsule: KSM-66® ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera L.) 300 mg.
Other ingredients: HPMC (vegetable capsule shell).
Allergens: none of the 14 major allergens in the recipe. Made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule twice a day, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
