Energy 59 kJ / 14 kcal; fat 0.13 g; carbohydrate 2.1 g, of which sugars <0.05 g; fibre 0.3 g; protein 1.1 g; salt <0.01 g.

Ingredients: lion's mane (Hericium erinaceus) 10:1 extract, cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis) 10:1 extract, reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) 10:1 extract, chaga (Inonotus obliquus) 10:1 extract, shiitake (Lentinula edodes) 10:1 extract, maitake (Grifola frondosa) 10:1 extract, tremella (Tremella fuciformis) 10:1 extract, king trumpet (Pleurotus eryngii) 10:1 extract.

Allergens: none of the 14 major allergens in the recipe. Made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.

Adults: 1 level teaspoon (4 g) 1–3 times a day, stirred into a hot drink, smoothie or soup. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
