Description
BetterYou Magnesium Gel is a concentrated, non-greasy magnesium chloride gel for massaging into targeted areas such as joints and muscles. 1 ml provides at least 100 mg of magnesium. Magnesium chloride from BetterYou is sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed deep beneath northern Europe, one of the purest sources of magnesium chloride. Applied to the skin, it offers a way to use magnesium without swallowing tablets.

Ingredients
Ingredients (INCI): Magnesium Chloride, Hydroxypropyl Starch Phosphate.
Directions
Adults and children over 13: apply a pea-sized amount to the target area and massage well into clean skin, ideally after a shower or bath.
Warnings
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and delicate areas. Do not apply to broken, damaged or irritated skin. A slight tingling sensation may occur on first use; stop use if irritation persists. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
