Description
BetterYou Magnesium Max Original is an unflavoured drink powder combining three well-absorbed magnesium forms – bisglycinate, citrate and malate – providing 375 mg of magnesium (100% NRV) in half a teaspoon. Dissolved in water, the magnesium is readily available.

Ingredients
Per serving (2 g): magnesium 375 mg (100% NRV).
Ingredients: magnesium glycinate, magnesium citrate, magnesium malate.

Directions
Adults and children over 13: ½ teaspoon (2 g) a day in 250 ml water, juice or a shake; drink immediately. Children 3–12 years: half dose. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
