Description
BetterYou Magnesium Sleep Body Spray combines magnesium chloride with lavender oil in a light body spray for the evening routine. 10 sprays provide approx. 75 mg of magnesium. Magnesium chloride from BetterYou is sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed deep beneath northern Europe, one of the purest sources of magnesium chloride. Applied to the skin, it offers a way to use magnesium without swallowing tablets.

Ingredients
Ingredients (INCI): Aqua (Water), Magnesium Chloride, Glycerin, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Ethylhexylglycerin, Hydrolyzed Jojoba Esters, Linalool, Limonene, Geraniol.
Directions
Adults and children over 13: apply 5–10 sprays each evening and massage in, at least 30 minutes before bed.
Warnings
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and delicate areas. Do not apply to broken, damaged or irritated skin. A slight tingling sensation may occur on first use; stop use if irritation persists. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
