BetterYou Turmeric Daily Oral Spray delivers curcumin from turmeric root (Curcuma longa) encapsulated in gamma-cyclodextrin – a water-dispersible form that needs no black pepper (piperine) – together with vitamin D3 in the current formula. Turmeric is a golden spice used for centuries in Ayurvedic and South Asian cooking.

Ingredients
Per 5 sprays: curcuminoids 20 mg (equivalent to 1000 mg turmeric root); vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 25 µg / 1000 IU (500% NRV).
Ingredients: water, sweeteners (xylitol, steviol glycosides), curcumin (turmeric root extract (Curcuma longa), gamma-cyclodextrin), humectant (glycerol), medium chain triglycerides, emulsifiers (acacia gum, sunflower lecithin), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), natural flavouring, cholecalciferol, thickener (xanthan gum).
Allergens: none.
Directions
Adults: 5 sprays a day. Shake before use; prime the pump with 3 presses on first use. Spray onto the inside of the cheek and hold for a few seconds. Can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. Replace the cap after use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
