Description
Carlson Super Daily D3 4000 IU provides 100 µg of vitamin D3 in one tasteless drop of MCT (coconut) oil – the EFSA upper intake level for adults in a single drop. Carlson Labs is a family-owned American company founded in 1965, known especially for its Norwegian fish oils.

Ingredients
Per drop (0.028 ml): vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 100 µg / 4000 IU (2000% NRV).
Other ingredients: medium chain triglyceride oil (from coconut), natural mixed tocopherols.
Allergens: none.
Directions
Adults: 1 drop a day on a spoon, in food or on the tongue. Do not combine with other vitamin D supplements unless advised by a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
