Description
Carlson B-6 Liquid is a sugar-free liquid vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) with berry lemonade flavour, sweetened with sorbitol. It can be taken neat or mixed with water or juice. Carlson Labs is a family-owned American company founded in 1965, known especially for its Norwegian fish oils.

Ingredients
Per ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml): vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 100 mg (7143% NRV).
Other ingredients: water, sorbitol, glycerin, natural flavours, preservatives, citric acid (see label).
Allergens: free from milk, soy, wheat, yeast and corn.
Directions
Adults: ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) a day or less, as directed by a healthcare professional, with a meal. Can be mixed with water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
For adults only. High dose: provides vitamin B6 well above the EFSA tolerable upper intake level (12 mg/day). Long-term intake of high doses of vitamin B6 may cause nerve damage (tingling or numbness) – use only short term or under medical supervision and stop if tingling occurs. Not for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
