Ingredients
Per capsule: pyridoxal-5'-phosphate 100 mg (providing approx. 67 mg vitamin B6).
Other ingredients: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), magnesium stearate.
Allergens: none.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day, or less, only on medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
For adults only. Very high dose: vitamin B6 far above the EFSA upper intake level (12 mg/day). Long-term use may cause nerve damage (tingling, numbness) – use only short term under medical supervision; stop if symptoms occur. Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
