Description

Cytoplan B Complex (High Potency) provides all key B vitamins at high levels in their bioactive forms – vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate, folate as L-methylfolate (5-MTHF) and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin – plus vitamin C. Suitable for vegans.

B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation.
Available in packs of 60 capsules, 120 capsules and 180 capsules

Ingredients

Per capsule: vitamin B1 (thiamin hydrochloride) 25 mg (2273% NRV); vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 30 mg (2143% NRV); vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) 16 mg (100% NRV); vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate) 100 mg (1667% NRV); vitamin B6 (P-5-P) 25 mg (1786% NRV); vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 250 µg (10,000% NRV); folate (L-methylfolate) 25 µg (13% NRV); vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 25 mg (31% NRV).

Other ingredients: plant cellulose (capsule shell), cellulose, silicon dioxide.

Allergens: none. Free from GMO, wheat, soya, dairy, added sugars, colours, artificial flavours and preservatives.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
