Description
Cytoplan Gymnema Sylvestre contains a 4:1 extract of Gymnema sylvestre leaf standardised to 25% gymnemic acids. Gymnema is a woody climbing plant from the tropical forests of India, known in Hindi as "gurmar" ("sugar destroyer"), and traditionally used in Ayurveda; chewing the leaf temporarily reduces the ability to taste sweetness. Suitable for vegans.

Per capsule: Gymnema sylvestre leaf 4:1 extract 100 mg (providing gymnemic acids 25 mg).
Ingredients: Gymnema sylvestre extract (25% gymnemic acids), stoneground brown rice flour, plant cellulose (capsule shell).
Allergens: none. Free from GMO, wheat, soya, dairy, flavourings and colourings.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule up to 3 times a day, 10–15 minutes before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
