Description

Cytoplan Multi B Extra is a gentle, food-form vitamin B complex providing all B vitamins at around 100% of the NRV, plus vitamin C, magnesium, inositol, choline and PABA. The nutrients are bound in a food base of inactive Lactobacillus bulgaricus, citrus pulp, corn meal and alfalfa concentrate. Suitable for vegans.

B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Thiamin, niacin, B6, B12 and biotin contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system.
Available in packs of 60 tablets and 120 tablets

Ingredients

Per tablet: vitamin C 60 mg (75% NRV); thiamin 1.4 mg (127% NRV); riboflavin 1.6 mg (114% NRV); niacin 18 mg (113% NRV); vitamin B6 (P-5-P) 2 mg (143% NRV); folate (food folate) 200 µg (100% NRV); vitamin B12 1 µg (40% NRV); biotin 50 µg (100% NRV); pantothenic acid 6 mg (100% NRV); magnesium 30 mg (8% NRV); inositol 25 mg; choline 25 mg; PABA 25 mg.

Ingredients: vitamin C in citrus pulp; inactive Lactobacillus bulgaricus combined with magnesium citrate, inositol, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, riboflavin, thiamin and vitamin B12; choline; biotin in corn meal concentrate; vegetable stearic acid; food-state folate in alfalfa concentrate; plant cellulose (tablet coating); glycerine.

Directions
