Cytoplan Rhodiola provides 250 mg of Rhodiola rosea root standardised to 3% rosavins and 1% salidroside. Rhodiola ("golden root" or "Arctic root") is a plant of cold mountainous regions of Europe and Asia, traditionally used in Scandinavia and Russia as an adaptogen. Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients
Per capsule: Rhodiola rosea root extract (3% rosavins, 1% salidroside) 250 mg.

Directions
Adults: 1–2 capsules a day, preferably in the morning. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
