Doctor's Best Chewable Fully Active B12 provides 5000 µg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin – the active coenzyme form of the vitamin – in a chewable tablet with a natural mixed-berry flavour, sweetened with xylitol.

Directions
Adults: chew 1 tablet a day, preferably within an hour after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
