Doctor's Best Natural Vitamin K2 plus D3 combines 180 µg of vitamin K2 as MenaQ7® menaquinone-7 (from fermented chickpeas) with 25 µg (1000 IU) of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) – two fat-soluble vitamins that work together in calcium metabolism.

Ingredients
Per capsule: vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7, MenaQ7®) 180 µg (240% NRV); vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) 25 µg / 1000 IU (500% NRV).
Other ingredients: glycerol monostearate, hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), modified food starch, maltodextrin, medium-chain triglycerides, ascorbyl palmitate, rosemary extract, sodium ascorbate, dl-alpha-tocopherol.

Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
