Description

Doctor's Best Stabilized R-Lipoic Acid contains Na-RALA – sodium R-alpha-lipoate, a stabilised salt of the R-form of alpha-lipoic acid, which is the form naturally made in the body. Pure R-lipoic acid is unstable; the sodium salt improves its stability. D-biotin is added.

Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to normal macronutrient metabolism.

Ingredients

Per capsule: R-lipoic acid (from Na-RALA sodium R-alpha-lipoate) 100 mg; biotin 150 µg (300% NRV).

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), rice flour.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day, preferably on an empty stomach with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
