Ingredients
Per tablet: thiamin 3.3 mg (300% NRV); riboflavin 4.2 mg (300%); niacin 48 mg (300%); pantothenic acid 18 mg (300%); vitamin B6 4.2 mg (300%); biotin 150 µg (300%); folic acid 600 µg (300%); vitamin B12 7.5 µg (300%).
Ingredients: bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, isomalt, dicalcium phosphate), nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, riboflavin 5'-phosphate sodium, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin.
Allergens: none declared; made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, egg and nuts.
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet a day with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
