Description
Enzymedica BeanAssist contains alpha-galactosidase – the enzyme that breaks down the complex sugars (raffinose, stachyose) found in beans, lentils, broccoli, cabbage, onions and whole grains, which the human body cannot digest on its own.

Ingredients
Per capsule: BeanAssist® alpha-galactosidase 300 GalU (8 mg).
Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule (HPMC, water).
Free from: casein, crustaceans, eggs, fish, gluten, milk, nuts, sesame, shellfish, soy and wheat; no artificial colours or flavours.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule just before a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
