Description
Enzymedica Gut Motility contains ProDigest® – a combination of artichoke leaf extract (Cynara cardunculus, standardised to caffeoylquinic acids, flavonoids and cynaropicrin) and CO2-extracted ginger root (standardised to gingerols and shogaols) – plus 250 mg of apple cider vinegar. Artichoke and ginger are traditionally used in European herbal practice for digestion.

Ingredients
Per capsule: ProDigest® artichoke leaf extract (Cynara cardunculus) and CO2 ginger root extract (Zingiber officinale) 320 mg; apple cider vinegar 250 mg.
Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), rice concentrate.
Free from: casein, crustaceans, eggs, fish, gluten, milk, nuts, sesame, shellfish, soy and wheat; no artificial colours or flavours.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule twice a day before the largest meals with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
