Description
Enzymedica SubCulture Dinner Duo is a daily blister pack of two capsules taken with your largest meal: one delayed-release probiotic capsule with 30 billion CFU of 7 strains and one enzyme capsule. In the gas & bloating version the enzyme capsule contains BeanAssist® alpha-galactosidase, which breaks down complex carbohydrates in beans, lentils, broccoli and cabbage.

Ingredients
Probiotic capsule: probiotic blend 30 billion CFU (200 mg) – Lactobacillus plantarum, L. paracasei, L. acidophilus, L. casei, Bifidobacterium bifidum, L. rhamnosus, L. fermentum. Other ingredients: delayed-release capsule (hypromellose), rice maltodextrin, medium-chain triglycerides (MCT).
Enzyme capsule: BeanAssist® carb-digesting enzyme – alpha-galactosidase 300 GalU (325 mg). Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule (hypromellose).
Free from: casein, crustaceans, eggs, fish, gluten, milk, nuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, wheat; no artificial colours, flavours or fillers.
Directions
Adults: take 1 probiotic capsule and 1 enzyme capsule once a day with your largest meal (1 pack). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
