Per scoop (10.5 g): energy 20 kcal; carbohydrate 9 g, of which sugars 0 g; fibre 9 g; psyllium husk (Plantago ovata seeds) 5000 mg; soluble corn fibre (Fibersol®-2) 3000 mg; inulin (Jerusalem artichoke) 2000 mg.

Other ingredients: none (unflavoured version). Flavoured versions additionally contain flavourings, acids and sweeteners.

Allergens: none declared. May cause allergic reactions in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium. Produced in a facility that also processes milk, egg, fish, crustaceans, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, soy and sesame.

Adults: mix 1 scoop with at least 240 ml of water or another drink and drink immediately; up to 2 times a day. Drink plenty of fluids during the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing or a bowel obstruction. Take medication at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after. Minor bloating may occur while your body adjusts to more fibre.
