Ingredients

Per capsule: prenatal probiotic blend 170 mg – Lactobacillus rhamnosus, L. rhamnosus HN001, L. acidophilus, L. plantarum, L. paracasei, L. brevis, L. bulgaricus, L. casei, L. gasseri, L. reuteri, L. salivarius (15 billion CFU); Bifidobacterium longum, B. infantis, B. bifidum, B. breve, B. lactis (5 billion CFU) – total 20 billion CFU; organic prebiotic fibre blend 115 mg (organic potato resistant starch, organic acacia fibre).

Other ingredients: non-GMO vegetable pullulan (capsule).

Directions

Women: 1 capsule a day, with or without food. Capsules can be opened and the contents taken with water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
