Garden of Life mykind Organics Ashwagandha provides 600 mg of organic ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) standardised to 30 mg withanolides, with organic fermented ginger root and two probiotic strains (B. lactis Bl-04, L. acidophilus La-14). Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb used in Ayurveda for thousands of years. Garden of Life mykind Organics supplements are made from certified organic whole foods and are vegan, non-GMO and gluten-free.

Ingredients

Per tablet: organic ashwagandha root extract (30 mg withanolides) 600 mg; organic fermented ginger root 50 mg; probiotic blend (Bifidobacterium lactis Bl-04, Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14) 4 mg.

Other ingredients: Clean Tablet Technology™ blend (organic gum arabic, organic dextrose, organic coating: organic tapioca maltodextrin, organic sunflower lecithin, organic palm oil, organic guar gum).

Allergens: none added. Manufactured in a facility that also processes soya, egg, dairy, peanut, tree nuts, wheat, fish, shellfish and sesame.

Directions

Adults: 1 tablet a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
