Garden of Life mykind Organics Vegan D3 Spray provides 25 µg (1000 IU) of vitamin D3 from lichen – a plant-based source suitable for vegans – in a certified organic base of pumpkin seed and cranberry seed oils, with a natural vanilla flavour and organic stevia.
- Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones.
- Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal muscle function.

Ingredients
Per spray (0.46 ml): vitamin D3 (from lichen) 25 µg / 1000 IU (500% NRV); certified organic omega-rich blend 410 mg (organic pumpkin seed oil, organic cranberry seed oil).
Other ingredients: organic vanilla flavour, vitamin E (from sunflower), organic sunflower lecithin, organic rosemary extract, organic stevia leaf extract.
Allergens: none added. Manufactured in a facility that also processes wheat, egg, milk, soy, fish, crustaceans, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame.
Directions
Adults: 1 spray a day directly into the mouth or mixed into a drink. Refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
