Garden of Life Vitamin Code RAW D3 5000 IU provides a high dose of 125 µg vitamin D3 produced by culturing with S. cerevisiae, with high omega-9 cracked-wall chlorella, a raw organic fruit and vegetable blend and a raw probiotic and enzyme blend. Ingredients

Per capsule: vitamin D3 (from culture of S. cerevisiae) 125 µg / 5000 IU (2500% NRV); high omega-9 cracked-wall chlorella 250 mg; raw organic fruit and vegetable blend (organic apple, beet, broccoli, carrot, spinach, tomato, strawberry, tart cherry, blackberry, green pepper, Brussels sprout, blueberry, ginger, garlic, green onion, raspberry, parsley, cauliflower, red cabbage, kale, cucumber, celery, asparagus) 150 mg; raw probiotic and enzyme blend (lipase, protease, aspergillopepsin, beta-glucanase, cellulase, bromelain, phytase, lactase, papain, peptidase, pectinase, hemicellulase, xylanase, Lactobacillus plantarum, L. bulgaricus – 500 million CFU) 60 mg.

Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), organic rice husk.

Allergens: contains celery. Manufactured in a facility that also processes soya, dairy, peanut, tree nuts and shellfish.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal, only on the advice of a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
