Himalaya Organic Bacopa (Brahmi) combines whole-plant powder of Bacopa monnieri with a concentrated whole-plant extract (24% bacopa saponins). Bacopa – called Brahmi in Ayurveda – is one of the best-known herbs of traditional Indian medicine, where it has long been used for the mind and memory.

Per caplet: organic bacopa whole plant powder (Bacopa monnieri) 500 mg (2% bacopa saponins, 10 mg); organic bacopa whole plant extract (Bacopa monnieri) 250 mg (24% bacopa saponins, 60 mg).

Directions
