Himalaya Bone & Joint Wellness Boswellia contains a dry extract of the oleo-gum-resin of Indian frankincense (Boswellia serrata), known in Ayurveda as Shallaki. The resin has been used in traditional Ayurvedic practice for centuries, particularly in formulas for the joints and mobility.

Ingredients
Per 2 tablets: Boswellia serrata (Shallaki) oleo-gum-resin dry extract 250 mg.
Other ingredients: bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, carrier croscarmellose sodium, glazing agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide.
Allergens: none.
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet twice a day after meals, with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
