Description

Himalaya Organic Gymnema combines stem powder of Gymnema sylvestre with a leaf extract standardised to 25% gymnemic acids. Gymnema is known in India as gurmar – “sugar destroyer” – because chewing its leaves temporarily dulls the perception of sweet taste. It has a long tradition in Ayurvedic herbal practice.

Per caplet (per 2 caplets): organic Gymnema sylvestre stem powder 400 mg (800 mg); organic Gymnema sylvestre leaf extract 300 mg (600 mg), providing 25% gymnemic acids (75 mg per caplet).

Directions

Adults: 1 caplet twice a day before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
