Himalaya Organic Shatavari contains three forms of Asparagus racemosus – root dry extract, stem powder and root powder. Shatavari grows wild in the Himalayan regions of India and Nepal and is one of the most important herbs for women in Ayurveda, where it is classed as a rasayana (rejuvenating herb).

Per 2 caplets: organic Asparagus racemosus root dry extract 500 mg; organic Asparagus racemosus stem powder 500 mg; organic Asparagus racemosus root powder 300 mg.

Adults: 2 caplets a day before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
