Himalaya Skin Wellness Turmeric contains two extracts of turmeric rhizome (Curcuma longa), known in Ayurveda as Haridra. Turmeric is one of the most important spices and herbs of Indian tradition, used for centuries both in cooking and in Ayurvedic preparations, including those for the skin.

Ingredients

Per 2 tablets: turmeric (Curcuma longa) rhizome extract 90 mg; turmeric (Curcuma longa) rhizome dry extract 56 mg.

Other ingredients: bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, carriers croscarmellose sodium and polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, glazing agent magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Directions

Adults: 1 tablet twice a day with meals, with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
