Description
Holland & Barrett Vegan Bromelain provides bromelain – a group of protein-digesting enzymes extracted from the stem of the pineapple plant (Ananas comosus). Bromelain is also used in cooking to tenderise meat.

Ingredients
Per 3 tablets: bromelain 1500 mg.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Allergens: none.
Directions
Adults: 3 tablets a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
