Description
Jarrow Formulas Methyl B-12 5000 µg provides vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin – one of the two coenzyme forms of vitamin B12 used in the body – in a fruit (cherry) flavoured chewable tablet sweetened with xylitol. Vitamin B12 occurs naturally almost only in animal foods, so supplementation is often considered by vegans and vegetarians.
- Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal red blood cell formation and normal homocysteine metabolism.
- Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Per tablet: vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 5000 µg (200000% NRV).
Other ingredients: xylitol, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), natural flavour, citric acid, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Allergens: none of the major allergens (free from wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts and sesame).
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet a day, chewed or allowed to dissolve in the mouth. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
