KIKI Health Organic Psyllium Husks are the seed husks of Plantago ovata grown in India – untreated and non-GMO. Psyllium husk is a soluble fibre that swells in water to form a gel, and is widely used as a fibre supplement.

Ingredients

Ingredients: 100% organic psyllium husks (Plantago ovata); capsules: hypromellose shell.

Allergens: none.

Directions

Capsules – adults: 1–2 capsules a day with 200 ml of water. Powder – adults: 1 teaspoon stirred into a large glass (250 ml) of water or juice, drink immediately. Always drink plenty of water during the day. Take at least 2 hours apart from medication. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. Must be taken with plenty of liquid – insufficient fluid may cause choking or bowel obstruction. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing, intestinal narrowing or obstruction.
