Description
KIKI Health Organic Reishi Extract is made from 100% organic reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) fruiting bodies grown on natural Duanwood logs, extracted with hot water using an enzymatic, low-temperature process and standardised to 50% polysaccharides (beta-glucans). Reishi has a long history of use in traditional Chinese and East Asian practice. No fillers – just the extract in a vegan capsule. Reishi (lingzhi) contains beta-glucans and triterpenes and has been valued in Chinese tradition for over 2,000 years.

Per capsule: organic red reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) fruiting body extract 400 mg, standardised to 50% polysaccharides.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (capsule).

Directions
Adults: 2–4 capsules a day with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
