Description

KIKI Health Organic Shiitake Extract is made from 100% organic shiitake (Lentinula edodes) fruiting bodies, extracted with hot water using an enzymatic, low-temperature process and standardised to 50% polysaccharides (beta-glucans). Shiitake has a long history of use in traditional Chinese and East Asian practice. No fillers – just the extract in a vegan capsule. Shiitake is one of the most popular culinary mushrooms of Japan, China and Korea.

Directions
