Description
KIKI Health Organic Slippery Elm capsules contain the powdered inner bark of the North American slippery elm tree (Ulmus rubra/fulva), dried at low temperature. The bark is rich in mucilage, which forms a smooth gel with water, and has a long history of use in Native American and North American herbal tradition.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: organic slippery elm inner bark powder (Ulmus fulva) 740 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (capsule).
Allergens: none.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules a day with a glass of water (250 ml), with or without food. Take at least 2 hours apart from medication. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
For adults only. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The mucilage may slow the absorption of medicines – take other medication at least 2 hours before or after.
