Description

KIKI Health Vitamin B Complex provides all 8 B vitamins from a water-extracted blend of 11 plants: guava, amla, curry leaf, papaya, holy basil, lemon, fenugreek, moringa, sweet potato, spirulina and black cumin seed.

Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, B12 and pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Riboflavin, niacin, B6, B12, folate and pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal function of the immune system.

Per capsule: thiamin 13.25 mg (1205% NRV), riboflavin 15.9 mg (1136% NRV), niacin 31.8 mg (199% NRV), vitamin B6 15.9 mg (1136% NRV), folate 159 µg (80% NRV), vitamin B12 53 µg (2120% NRV), biotin 53 µg (106% NRV), pantothenic acid 21.2 mg (353% NRV).

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with a glass of water. Do not combine with other supplements containing vitamin B6. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
