Description

KIKI Health Vitamin D3 + K2 is a vegan oral spray with plant-derived vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 in MCT oil from coconut, with natural peppermint flavour. Sprayed onto the inside of the cheek, it is an easy alternative to tablets.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal blood clotting.

Ingredients

Per 3 sprays (0.45 ml): vitamin D3 87.5 µg / 3500 IU (1750% NRV), vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) 100 µg (133% NRV).

Ingredients: medium-chain triglycerides (from coconut oil), vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7 in olive oil), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol from plant source, in MCT oil; antioxidant: mixed tocopherols), natural peppermint flavour (Mentha piperita).

Allergens: none.

Directions

Shake well. Adults: 3 sprays once a day into the mouth, on the inside of the cheek; hold for a few seconds before swallowing. Prime the pump with 3–4 presses on first use. Use within 6 months of opening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings

For adults only. High-dose vitamin D (87.5 µg/day, close to the upper safe limit of 100 µg/day) – do not combine with other vitamin D supplements and not for children. Contains vitamin K – do not use if you take anticoagulant (blood-thinning) medication such as warfarin, except under medical supervision. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have kidney disease, sarcoidosis or high blood calcium. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
