Life Extension B12 Elite combines two coenzyme (active) forms of vitamin B12 – adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin – in a strawberry-flavoured lozenge sweetened with xylitol and stevia. B12 occurs naturally almost only in animal foods, so it is an important nutrient for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients
Per lozenge: vitamin B12 (as adenosylcobalamin, methylcobalamin) 1000 µg (40000% NRV).
Other ingredients: maltodextrin, xylitol, citric acid, guar gum, beet juice, vegetable stearate, modified food starch, stevia extract, strawberry flavour.
Directions
Adults: dissolve 1 lozenge in the mouth once a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
