Life Extension BioActive Folate & Vitamin B12 combines the active forms of two B vitamins – L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) calcium salt, the form of folate that circulates in the blood and needs no conversion, and methylcobalamin, a coenzyme form of vitamin B12.

Folate contributes to normal blood formation, normal homocysteine metabolism, normal psychological function and to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.

Vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation, normal functioning of the nervous system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Per capsule: folate (as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate calcium salt) 680 µg DFE (340% NRV); vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 300 µg (12000% NRV).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose (capsule), dicalcium phosphate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
