Life Extension FLORASSIST® Mood Improve combines two microencapsulated probiotic strains – Lactobacillus helveticus Rosell-52 and Bifidobacterium longum Rosell-175, a pair studied together in the context of the gut-brain axis – with 30 mg of saffron stigma extract (Crocus sativus) standardised to safranal and crocins.

Ingredients
Per capsule: mood probiotic blend 357 mg (3 billion CFU at time of manufacture) – Lactobacillus helveticus Rosell-52 ME, Bifidobacterium longum Rosell-175 ME; saffron extract (stigma; std. to 2% safranal, 11% crocins) 30 mg.
Other ingredients: potato starch, vegetable oil powder, microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, vegetable cellulose (capsule), vegetable stearate, ascorbic acid.
Allergens: contains milk and soy.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
