Life Extension Pyridoxal 5'-Phosphate Caps provide vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P-5-P) – the active coenzyme form of vitamin B6 that the body uses directly.

Note: 100 mg of vitamin B6 is far above the EFSA tolerable upper intake level (12 mg/day) – for use under medical supervision only.
