Description
Life Extension Rhodiola Extract provides 250 mg of Rhodiola rosea root extract standardised to 3% rosavins and at least 1% salidroside – the ratio found naturally in the root. Rhodiola, also called golden root or arctic root, grows in cold mountainous regions of Europe and Asia and has a long history of use in Scandinavian and Russian folk tradition.

Ingredients
Per capsule: rhodiola extract (root; std. to 3% rosavins, not less than 1% salidrosides) 250 mg.
Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule twice a day on an empty stomach, early in the day if it affects your sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
