Description
Life Extension Vitamin B6 provides a high dose of vitamin B6 as pyridoxine hydrochloride and pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P-5-P), the active coenzyme form.
Note: 100 mg is far above the EFSA tolerable upper intake level (12 mg/day) – for use under medical supervision only.

Ingredients
Per capsule: vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl, pyridoxal-5'-phosphate) 100 mg (7143% NRV).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose (capsule), stearic acid, vegetable stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water, only on medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. High-dose vitamin B6 (100 mg, above the EFSA upper level of 12 mg/day) – long-term use may cause peripheral neuropathy (tingling, numbness); stop use if such symptoms occur.
