Life Extension Vitamin C and Bio-Quercetin® combines 1000 mg of vitamin C (ascorbic acid) with Bio-Quercetin® – quercetin from Japanese sophora flower buds formulated with fenugreek galactomannans.

Vitamin C contributes to normal function of the immune system, including during and after intense physical exercise (with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake).
Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, normal collagen formation and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

Ingredients

Per tablet: vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 1000 mg (1250% NRV); Bio-Quercetin® proprietary blend 15 mg, providing quercetin 5 mg [from Japanese sophora flower bud] and galactomannans 4 mg [from fenugreek seed].

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, coating (purified water, hypromellose, glycerin), stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable stearate, silica, sunflower lecithin, sunflower oil.

Directions

Adults: 1 tablet a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
