Description

Life Extension Vitamin D3 5000 IU provides a high dose of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) in extra virgin olive oil and MCT oil.

Note: 125 µg is above the EFSA tolerable upper intake level for adults (100 µg/day) – intended for use under medical supervision, e.g. to correct a confirmed deficiency.

Ingredients

Per softgel: vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 125 µg / 5000 IU (2500% NRV).

Other ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, gelatin, medium chain triglycerides, glycerin, purified water, rosemary extract.

Directions

Adults: 1 softgel a day with food and water, only on medical advice. Have your vitamin D blood level checked regularly. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
