Nature's Answer Boswellia provides 400 mg of Indian frankincense gum resin extract (Boswellia serrata) standardised to 65% boswellic acids (260 mg) in each vegetarian capsule. Boswellia resin has a long tradition of use in Ayurveda.

Ingredients
Per capsule: boswellia (Boswellia serrata) resin extract 400 mg, standardised to 65% boswellic acids (260 mg).
Other ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, vegetable cellulose (capsule), calcium silicate, rice flour, gum acacia.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
